I have a lot of vivid dreams which I do remember. The ones on this blog are only dreams that I wonder and think about - as I believe they hold more meaning for me than other dreams. In any case, I've been wondering about the role of dreams and visions in our lives. I've had experiences close to out-of-body experiences - if that is what you mean by astral projection. I guess it's not a matter of if I believe in it, it just something that happens which for me is unexplainable, kind of like sleep paralysis. Thanks for the comments redfist. Are you like born with this ability or you just recently realized you're able to remember these vivid dreams clearly? It's a pretty...well, interesting, exciting and at the same time, quite scary to remember dreams all the time 'cause they're just so bizarre. I know that when I was between 8-13, I used to have clear dreams of falling or being chased by a creature 'cause I do vaguely still remember them. So do you believe in astral projection?
