Dear readers,
I apologize for not updating on some of my dreams. The purpose of this blog was to keep a record of my most interesting dreams and experiences – my dream “journal”. However now I have embarked on a more thorough going study of my sleeping patterns, including the context in which I find myself dreaming. I am undecided if I am going to post all of my dreams or still post some of the more interesting dreams.
I started this project on Oct 5 and since then I’ve had a dream every night.
PROJECT DREAM
The purpose of this project is to record and catalog my weird experiences, dreams, nightmares, sleep paralysis, mental image impressions for up to a year. Mental image impressions are the short mental images/movie like action that I inexplicably receive while either not thinking (quieting my mind) or thinking on an entirely separate subject unrelated to what my brain is receiving. I must admit that this does happen to me. I often wonder if this is similar to what psychics experience?
Legend may look something like this:
D = Dream
N = Nightmare
SP = Sleep Paralysis
X=Unexplainable Phenomenon/Experiences
I = Image impressions
